Working Principle of Tissue Paper Production Machine
The complete production process works continuously:
Step 1: Unwinding
Large jumbo paper rolls (up to Φ1100mm) are loaded onto the unwinding stands. Paper feeds into the rewinding machine continuously. 1-3 layers can be combined.
Step 2: Embossing
The paper passes through double-sided embossing rollers. Patterns are pressed into the paper. The paper becomes softer and more absorbent.
Step 3: Rewinding
The paper winds onto cores at speeds up to 200 m/min. Tension is controlled automatically. Glue seals the paper tail. Perforations are cut for easy tearing.
Step 4: Ejection
Finished rolls are pushed off the rewinding shaft. They move to the cutting machine conveyor.
Step 5: Cutting
The cutting machine cuts the long rolls into individual toilet paper rolls. Up to 150 cuts per minute. Each roll is cut to the exact length.
Step 6: Packaging
Cut rolls move into the packaging machine. The machine makes bags from roll film. Each roll is bagged and sealed. Side ironing gives a neat finish.
Step 7: Output
Finished, packaged toilet paper rolls exit the line. Ready for cartoning and shipping.
