Main Structure of Water Mist Cannon
The dust control fog cannon consists of water tanks, water pipes, plunger pumps, nozzles, fans, generators (petrol or diesel), horizontal steering gear, a vertical pitching device, an electronic control box, remote control, and other components.

How to Maintain the Fog Cannon
Proper operation and maintenance extend the service life of your fog cannon machine. Follow these practices:
Daily: Rinse and spray with water several times after use to clear remaining liquid in the tank, pump, and pipeline.
Weekly: Check and adjust the status of each component. Add lubrication to moving parts and keep the machine clean.
Long-term storage: Clean the machine and components including V-belts, spray hoses, nozzles, mixers, and suction pipes.

What are the Reasons for the Noise of Dust Cannon?
Unstable base: When the fan works, an unbalanced base produces noise. Fix the base in time, change the position, or fill with gaskets to maintain balance.
Damaged machine parts: Cut off power immediately, turn off the machine, check the system, and replace damaged parts.
Fan speed too high or wrong rotation direction: Adjust according to the manual. This error may come from factory settings.
Foreign matter in the fan: Common in construction sites or sand quarries. Remove surrounding foreign objects promptly.
Always pay attention to the operation of the machine and perform regular maintenance. Before use, keep the surrounding environment dry and clean the motor appearance regularly. Ensure the air inlet is not blocked by dust particles.
