Drilling into rock, clay, or gravel requires the right machine for each layer. YG drilling equipment handles water wells for farms, foundation piles for buildings, and geological tests for construction planning. We offer portable rigs that fit in a pickup truck for remote areas, as well as heavy duty rigs mounted on trucks or trailers for large construction sites. All machines are built with reliable hydraulic systems and easy to operate controls.

Water Well Drilling Rig

- Drilling depth 150m to 300m, hole diameter 115mm to 350mm. Suitable for residential, farm, or community water supply. Mounting options include truck chassis, trailer, or skid.
- Three drilling methods: rotary for soft soil, DTH hammer for hard rock, and mud rotary for unstable formations. Engine power 50kW to 110kW diesel.
- Includes mud pump (carries cuttings) and air compressor (powers DTH hammer). Adjustable mast and hydraulic outriggers for stability.
Small Blue Drill (Compact Portable Rig)

- Drilling depth 30m to 80m, hole diameter 80mm to 200mm. Fits standard well casing pipes. Weight under 500kg, movable by two people or in a pickup truck.
- Powered by 15HP gasoline engine or electric motor. Compact frame works in tight spaces like backyards or greenhouses.
- Manual or hydraulic feed for simple operation. Ideal for garden wells, soil sampling, geotechnical surveys, and small village water supply.
Pile Driver

- Handles concrete, steel, or timber piles. Diameter 300mm to 800mm, depth up to 15m. Hammer weight 2 to 5 tons (select based on driving force).
- Power source: hydraulic (quiet, precise) or diesel (powerful, portable). Mast tilts forward/backward for alignment; guide rails keep pile vertical.
- Winch for lifting piles reduces manual handling. Applications: house foundations, bridge piers, retaining walls, and signposts.
Drilling Machine Application Scenarios
- Farmers: Drill water wells for irrigation of crops and livestock watering. Depths typically 50m to 150m.
- Builders: Drive foundation piles for houses, bridges, and retaining walls. Pile depths 5m to 15m.
- Geologists: Perform soil sampling and borehole logging to analyze ground layers before construction.
- Contractors: Drill holes for utility poles, street lights, and fence posts on construction sites.
Drilling Machine Advantages
- Strong drilling capacity through hard rock layers (up to 200MPa). DTH hammer option breaks granite and basalt.
- High precision with depth counter and angle indicator. Know exactly how deep and straight you are drilling.
- Portable models fit in a pickup truck. Small Blue Drill can be carried by two workers.
- Fixed models offer higher torque (up to 15,000 Nm). Spins large diameter bits through tough clay and gravel.
Drilling Machine Technical Highlights
- Automatic feed and pullback system: Saves operator effort. The rig pulls the drill string out automatically when reaching target depth.
- Hydraulic outriggers for stability: Four adjustable legs keep the machine level on uneven ground.
- Dust collector optional for dry drilling: Captures fine dust at the hole top, keeping the work area clean and safe.
- Emergency stop button and overload protection: Prevents damage to drill pipes and engine.
