How It Works
Setup: The rig is positioned over the drill site. The mast is raised. The drill pipe is connected to the power head.
Drilling: The diesel engine powers the hydraulic system. The drill pipe rotates clockwise. The mud pump circulates water to flush cuttings from the hole.
Pipe Extension: When the drill finishes one section, the machine stops, and the operator adds a new drill pipe.Drilling continues to the target depth.
Pipe Removal: When drilling is complete, the operator lifts the drill pipe out section by section. The 800kg lifting capacity handles the full pipe string.
Well Completion: The operator installs the casing, then develops and tests the well for water flow.
