Working in a narrow construction site? Large concrete pumps cannot fit. Manual pouring is slow and exhausting. Workers carry concrete bucket by bucket up stairs or through tight doorways. This takes hours and hurts productivity.
A mini concrete pump machine solves this problem. It is small enough to fit through a standard doorway. Yet it delivers concrete exactly where you need it. No more carrying. No more waiting.
YG Machinery offers three mini concrete pump models for small and medium projects: YG-10, YG-20, and YG-30. Each is designed for different project scales. This article helps you understand which one fits your work.

| Dimensions | 1800*700*1100mm | 3400x1200x1600mm | 3800x1500x1600mm |
YG-10 is the lightest model at only 600kg. It fits through narrow doorways and can be moved by a small trailer. Best for small repair work, rural construction, and projects with very tight access.
YG-20 offers double the output at 12m³/h. It handles most residential projects up to 4 floors. Weight is 1600kg, still movable but requires a proper trailer.
YG-30 delivers up to 18m³/h with 80m vertical reach. This covers 8-floor buildings. Weight is 2200kg, designed for continuous operation on larger job sites.

Why Choose a Portable Mini Concrete Pump?
The main advantage of a mini concrete pump is mobility. Large truck-mounted pumps cannot enter narrow streets, indoor sites, or rural roads. A mini pump can.
Small footprint: The YG-10 measures only 1.8 meters long and 0.7 meters wide. It fits through a standard doorway and works inside rooms.
Lightweight design: At 600kg, the YG-10 can be towed by a small truck or trailer. No heavy transport equipment needed.
Quick setup: Unlike large pumps that need hours to set up, a mini pump is ready in minutes. Connect power, attach pipes, and start pumping.
Remote control operation: Stand at the pouring point while controlling the pump from a distance. Safer and more convenient.
What Materials Can It Handle?
These mini concrete pumps are not limited to standard concrete. They handle multiple materials:
- Fine stone concrete (0.5-2cm aggregate)
- Mortar and grout
- Lightweight foamed cement
- Refractory and thermal insulation materials
- Small aggregate concrete
This versatility makes the pump useful for more than just construction. Floor heating projects, insulation layer pouring, and repair work all benefit from the same machine.

Application Scenarios
Residential Construction
Pouring concrete for house foundations, floor slabs, and secondary structural columns. The pump reaches upper floors through windows or balconies. No need to carry concrete up stairs.
Rural Building
Many rural sites have no ready-mix concrete supply. A mini pump works with on-site mixing. It pours concrete for small bridges, irrigation channels, and farm buildings.
Tunnel and Mine Projects
Confined underground spaces are difficult for large equipment. A mini pump fits through narrow tunnels and delivers concrete exactly where needed.
Road and Sidewalk Repair
Emergency road repairs need quick setup and small equipment. A mini pump can be towed to the site and working within minutes. It pours concrete for patches, curbs, and small slabs.
Floor Heating Systems
Pouring fine stone concrete or mortar for floor heating filling layers. The pump delivers material evenly across large areas with high efficiency.

Working Principle of Mini Concrete Pump Machine
A mini concrete pump works through three stages: suction, compression, and pushing.
Step 1 – Suction: The concrete piston retreats, pulling concrete from the hopper into the cylinder. The S-pipe valve connects the cylinder to the hopper.
Step 2 – Compression: The hydraulic system builds pressure. The piston stops retreating and prepares to push.
Step 3 – Pushing: The piston advances, pushing concrete out of the cylinder and into the delivery pipe. The S-pipe valve switches to connect the cylinder to the pipeline.
The two cylinders work alternately. While one pushes, the other sucks. This creates continuous concrete flow with no interruption.
The remote control allows the operator to start, stop, and adjust pumping speed from a safe distance.
Customer Cases
Case 1: Malaysia – 15-Storey Residential Building
A Malaysian customer named Azman was responsible for secondary structural column pouring on a 15-storey residential building. The construction site was narrow. Traditional equipment could not enter. Manual pouring managed only 2-3 columns per day.
He purchased a YG-20 mini concrete pump from YG Machinery. The equipment achieved 12m³/h working efficiency. Daily pouring increased to 8-10 columns. The 40m vertical conveying distance fully met project requirements. Construction period shortened by 40%. Labor costs reduced by 50%.
Azman commented: “The equipment is easy to operate. The remote control keeps workers away from dangerous areas. Maintenance costs are low. It has been running without failure for 6 months.”
Case 2: Philippines – Road Maintenance Project
A Philippine customer named Laila undertook emergency maintenance on provincial highways. She needed to complete road concrete pouring quickly. Project sites were scattered. Some areas were not accessible by vehicle.
She selected the YG-10 mini concrete pump. At only 600kg, the equipment was quickly transferred by small trailer between sites. The 50m horizontal conveying distance covered the road construction range. With 6m³/h working efficiency, the project was completed before the rainy season.
Laila said: “The flexibility of this equipment exceeded expectations. We completed the project on time and saved 20% on transportation costs.”
